He is a leading consultant and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience integrating business strategy, technology and employee development. He is one of the few professionals with a solid understanding of business, information technology, employee development and entrepreneurial experience.

He began his corporate career as an AT&T manager in the areas of information management, and application development. Upon leaving AT&T he started his entrepreneurial and consultant career. He has provided consulting services to major organizations including AT&T, Chemical-Chase-JPMorgan Banks, NY Botanical Garden, Johnson & Johnson, government entities, non-profits and many start-ups. He has participated in a strategic roundtables including one comprised of major NY/NJ non-profits focusing on developing strategies to address post-9/11 challenges.

He is has created several professional development programs that include Data Science Professional, Project Management, Marketing and E-Commerce Programs. He served as program chairperson, and instructor for those programs at Union County College. He has also served as an instructor for Essex County College corporate training. Mr. Wright did his undergraduate studies in Physical Science at the U.S. Naval Academy and his graduate studies at Stevens Institute of Technology where he attained an Executive Masters of Technology Management. He has also studied at Wharton, The Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, NJIT and NYU.

Darin is responsible for leading the strategic assessment and formulation; project alignment; data frameworks; alliance/partnership management. He serves as the lead consultant to ensure our services and solutions are aligned with the client's strategic objectives and business requirements.

As part of our reorganization and integration into the TWG/I M brand family, Woodrow is now with our parent brand, TWG/I M where is will be responsible for establishing a business presence in the Atlanta, GA region.

Woodrow has served as the Senior Manager for the Aeronautics Applications organization within Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services in Marietta, GA where he has led at team that provided the Aeronautics CIO organization with skilled people, tools and processes to support flawless delivery of quality, affordable, value added software services and solutions; thereby enabling Aeronautics to achieve mission success. Woodrow is responsible for all staffing and performance of the 170+ persons assigned.

Previously he held various positions within Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems and Global Solutions (IS&GS) business area, including Deputy Director and Senior Management responsibilities for Lockheed Martin’s Information Technology (IT) Program with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. These responsibilities included technical life cycle and delivery responsibilities, including emerging technologies, architecture, systems engineering and integration, software and solutions development, operations and maintenance, and technology insertion and configuration management.

Woodrow has over 25 years experience in leading the successful adaptation of IT to achieve organizational goals and objectives. He has been a leader in implementing Systems Engineering and Program Office capabilities in both the commercial and government arenas. His application development background includes development projects of all forms, from multi-year system development to tactical developments spanning a few months. Woodrow graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.

Woodrow is responsible for the business process improvement to ensure that our clients are attaining optimal operational efficiencies for effective strategic execution.

Prior to joining StrategicIsite, Denise was a Senior level strategic management professional with more than 20 years of broad-based U.S. and international experience in law, financial services and consulting industries. She has a track record of driving improved organizational performance and successful integration of talent management initiatives within the overall business strategy.

She is experienced with start-up, high-growth, turnaround, and restructuring organizations. Specialties: Mergers and Acquisitions, Change Management, Compensation, Organization Design , Positive Employee Relations, High Volume Staffing Solutions, Benefits Program Design and Cost Control, Management and Leadership Development, Strategic HR/Business Planning, Executive Assessment and Selection, Cultural Realignment, Corporate Restructuring, New Business Unit Start-ups, and Employee Retention Strategies.

Denise received a BS in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Bloomfield College and an MS in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from The New School. She began her career working in the Corporate sector for firms such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ; Chubb Insurance and J.P. Morgan Chase. She switched focus to the legal industry and has worked for both large and medium sized law firms (i.e, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP; Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP) in HR Management. She has held key roles in several organizational restructurings and redevelopment efforts which resulted in transitions that led to meaningful and long lasting cultural change.

Denise is responsible leading our clients by transforming human resources from operational to being strategic; developing HR strategies to ensure that organizations are properly staffed to meet current and future objectives; and that proper policies and procedures are implemented to meet compliance regulations.
